With multiple locations in DE., IL., MA., MD., OH., IL NY., NJ., SC., PA., VA., and WI. we are actively recruiting for a Field Educational Specialist to oversee operations in a select region.

  

Field Education Specialist

 

The Field Education Specialist uses a specialized body of knowledge to support the daily functions of our school facilities including, educational programs, supporting management team, training, day-to-day operations, reinforcing tactics at the school level to maintain enrollment goals, creating a

customer-service environment, generating reports and overall supervision. This positon reports to the V.P. of Operations, provides effective and inspiring leadership to school management and staff,

is be a problem-solver and helps to maintain compliance with licensing regulations. 

 

Required Criteria 

  • Solid educational background which meets federal and state requirements for child care licensing
  • Must have Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

 

 

Preferred Criteria 

  • Master's Degree preferred. 
  • NY State Teaching Degree in Either
    • Early Childhood (Birth-Grade 2)
    • Nursery, Kindergarten and Grades 1-6
    • Prekindergarten-Grade 6 certification; or
    • Students with Disabilities (Birth-Grade 2)
  • Must pass a full background check
  • At least 15 years of professional experience.
  • At least three-five years of previous supervisory and multi-site management experience and demonstrated experience and skill in communication, leadership and organization. 
  • Prefer working knowledge of Pro Care software.
  • A working knowledge of the assigned state's child care licensing codes.
  • Must be able to travel to specified assigned facilities.
